Eine Labor\u00fcberwachung ist daher unerl\u00e4sslich.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Langfristig kann es zu einem Vitamin-B12-Mangel kommen, der bei neurologischen Symptomen oder unerkl\u00e4rlicher An\u00e4mie eine regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Gabe erfordert.<\/p>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n<section>\r\n  <h2>Glucophage und Gewichtsverlust<\/h2>\r\n  <p>Bei \u00fcbergewichtigen Diabetikern tr\u00e4gt Glucophage h\u00e4ufig zu einer moderaten Gewichtsabnahme oder Gewichtsstabilisierung bei. Dieser Effekt ist im Zusammenhang mit dem Metabolischen Syndrom von Vorteil.<\/p>\r\n  <p><strong>Es handelt sich dabei nicht um ein Medikament zur Gewichtsabnahme, aber sein Stoffwechselprofil ist in den meisten F\u00e4llen g\u00fcnstig.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<\/section>\r\n\r\n<section>\r\n  <h2>Kontraindikationen und Vorsichtsma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr die Anwendung<\/h2>\r\n  <p>Glucophage ist in folgenden F\u00e4llen kontraindiziert:<\/p>\r\n  <ul>\r\n    <li>Schweres Nierenversagen: eGFR &lt; 30 ml\/min\/1,73 m\u00b2<\/li>\r\n    <li>Akute Hypoxie, Dehydratation, schwere Infektion oder Leberversagen<\/li>\r\n  <\/ul>\r\n  <p>eGFR zwischen 30 und 45 ml\/min:<br>\r\n  Der Beginn <b>Behandlung mit Glucophage<\/b> tr\u00e4gt oft zu einem m\u00e4\u00dfigen Gewichtsverlust bei oder eine Gewichtsstabilisierung wird nicht empfohlen, eine Fortsetzung ist jedoch m\u00f6glich, wenn bereits begonnen, mit einer reduzierten Dosis (\u2264 1 g\/Tag) und verst\u00e4rkter \u00dcberwachung.<\/p>\r\n  <p>Jodhaltige Kontrastmittel:<br>\r\n  Bei einer eGFR \u2264 30 ml\/min oder bei akutem Nierenversagen oder Hypoxie ist die Glucophage-Behandlung vor\u00fcbergehend zu unterbrechen.
