Sie ist F\u00e4llen von Nephropathie mit eGFR &lt; 45 ml\/min oder therapieresistenter Hypertonie in Verbindung mit Fl\u00fcssigkeitsretention vorbehalten (Quelle: ESC\/ESH 2023).<\/p>\r\n    <p>In einer Notfallsituation im Krankenhaus (z. In der aktuellen Praxis liegt die Anfangsdosis zwischen 20 und 80 mg\/Tag.<\/p>\r\n    <p>Bei refrakt\u00e4rem \u00d6dem kann die Dosierung unter genauer \u00dcberwachung von Gewicht, Diurese und Elektrolyten schrittweise in Schritten von 20 bis 40 mg auf maximal 600 mg\/Tag erh\u00f6ht werden (EMA\/FDA).<\/p>\r\n  <\/section>\r\n\r\n  <section>\r\n    <h2>Wirkmechanismus<\/h2>\r\n    <p>Furosemid hemmt die Natriumresorption an der Henle-Schleife und erh\u00f6ht dadurch die Ausscheidung von Natrium, Wasser und Kalium im Urin.
